Course Overview
A cantilever tower is ideal for overcoming obstacles, like stairwells, window apertures, riser shafts or porches, getting you closer to the area you need to reach. These towers have a platform sticking out the side or end. This helps you work over obstructions, making it useful for a whole host of task
Course Duration & Delivery
This course is conducted over 2 sessions, when booking select the date for your online session, you will automatically be booked on to the corresponding practical session* (this is usually a few days after your online theory session). *The practical session will take place in Soham.
Course Content
Using a combination of theory and practical work, this course builds on your existing tower knowledge by introducing new techniques, such as the use of ballast to balance the tower. You’ll also be introduced to new enabling components, such as cantilever frames and frame links. Plus, you’ll learn about the different safe working load capabilities of this type of tower.
